Annapolis Basin Seafoods Limited are purveyors of cold smoked Atlantic Salmon of the very highest quality. We are found in Digby, Nova Scotia, on the east coast of Canada. Digby is in the southwest part of Nova Scotia on the shores of the Annapolis Basin, an arm of the Bay of Fundy. Fundy is renowned for having the highest tides in the world. Local people have lived with the sea and developed the art of curing and smoking seafood for over two hundred years and we at Annapolis Basin Seafoods Limited are pleased to help carry on that tradition.
